The Gujarat Government signed a MOU (memorandum of understanding) with  Hyderabad-based   Cerestra Group to build up Gujarat-Special Education Region (G-SER) at Dholera Spec ial Investment Region (DSIR). The MOU was signed between ACS and Mr. M.K Das, Chief Minister and Chairman of Dholera Industrial City Development Limited, and Mr. Jasmit Chhabra, Managing Partner of Cerestra. Cerestra Ventures is a fund for educational infrastructure that will partner with the government of Gujarat to set up G-SER. The business is active in developing quality hubs for education, like schools, and has metro businesses.
